  Once an athletic freak... No longer... Was one of the best rebounders in the league and an excellent defender... Could score 20 points per night thanks to his once amazing physical skills... More of a finesse player now... Still a very good one... Great mid-range shot... A savvy veteran.
Attended the Quitman HS.
Played college ball at Alabama until 1995.
Selected by the Los Angeles Clippers as 2nd overall pick in the 1995 NBA Draft.
Draft rights traded to the Denver Nuggets. Played in Denver from 1995-96 to 1996-97.
Traded to the Phoenix Suns in October 1997.
Returned to the Denver Nuggets in January 1999.
Traded to the New York Knicks in June 2002.
Traded again to the Phoenix Suns in January 2004.
Signed with the Detroit Pistons in July 2004.
Traded to the Denver Nuggets in November 2008. Waived later that month.
Voted to the All-SEC 3rd Team and All-Freshman Team in 1994.
Selected to the All-SEC 1st Team in 1994-95.
Selected for the NBA All-Rookie 1st Team in 1995-96. Played the NBA Rookie All-Star Game.
Won the gold medal at the 2000 Olympic Games with the US Team.
Played in the NBA All-Star Game in 2001.
