  One of the shortest players in basketball... He has the expected amazing ballhandling skills for a guy his size... Marvelous steals-per-turnover ratio... Excellent one-on-one skills... Excels under pressure... Scoring and delivering assists are no problem for him... Defense is the real concern... Will be posted up over and over again.
Attended the Central Catholic HS.
Played college ball at Eastern Michigan until 1998.
Never drafted by an NBA team.
Joined the Rockford Lightning of the CBA in 1998-99.
Signed with the New Jersey Nets in January 1999. Waived in February. Signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers for the remainder of the season
Hired by the Orlando Magic in 1999-00. Released on late December. Then returned to the Rockford Lightning of the CBA. Signed again with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Joined the Los Angeles Clippers in 2000-01. Waived in June 2002.
Signed with the Golden State Warriors in November 2002.
Joined the Denver Nuggets in August 2003.
Traded to the Milwaukee Bucks in January 2007.
Moved to Virtus Bologna (Italy) in August 2008.
Voted to the MAC All-Freshman Team in 1995.
Named to the All-MAC 2nd Team in 1996.
Voted to the MAC All-Tournament Team in 1996.
Won the gold medal at the World University Games with the US Team in 1997.
Named USA Basketball Male Athlete of the Year in 1997.
Named All-MAC 1st Team in 1997 and 1998.
Named MAC Tournament MVP in 1998.
Second leading scorer in the NCAA Championship in 1998.
Named Honorable Mention All-America by AP in 1998.
USA Basketball Male Athlete of the Year in 1998.
Holds the record for most assists in Eastern Michigan history. Ranks second in scoring.
Broke the NBA record for points in an overtime in 2005 with 15.
