Selected by the Golden State Warriors as 1st overall pick in the 1995 NBA Draft.
Played in Golden State until February 1998, when he was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers. Played there for the rest of the season.
Signed with the Minnesota Timberwolves in January 1999.
Moved to the Detroit Pistons in November 2000 after being involved in a contract scandal with the Timberwolves.
Returned to the Minnesota Timberwolves in July 2001.
