Named to the Big 12 All-Defensive Team in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Led the conference in steals the three years. Named to the All-Big 12 2nd Team in 2008. Named Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Final Four in 2008. Won the NCAA title with Kansas in 2008. Cousin of former NBA players Mario Chalmers and Chris Smith.
