  Able to do almost everything on the court... Very difficult to block his shots... Good turnaround jumper... A threat from beyond the arc... One of the best defenders at his position... Very energetic... Excellent athleticism... Runs the floor well... Unselfish... Does not take enough advantage of his skills in the low post... Not a great rebounder for his size... Loses temper very often... Still a great competitor.
Attended the Simon Gratz HS in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Played college ball at North Carolina until 1995.
Selected by the Washington Bullets as 4th overall pick in the 1995 NBA Draft.
Played in Washington in 1995-96.
Traded to the Portland Trail Blazers in July 1996. Played there till February 2004.
Traded to the Atlanta Hawks in February 2004. Traded to the Detroit Pistons later that month.
Named USA Today High School Player of the Year in 1993. Named to the USA Today All-USA 1st Team.
Played the McDonald's All-America Game in 1993.
Named to the NBA All-Rookie 2nd Team in 1996.
Played the NBA Rookie All-Star Game in 1996.
Selected to the NBA All-Star Game in 2000, 2001, 2006 and 2008.
Holds the NBA record for most technical fouls in one season.
Won the NBA title with the Detroit Pistons in 2004.
