  Has talent, size, mobility and good rebounding skills... Great footwork... Great spin moves... Nice shooting touch... Not a great athlete though... A little bit selfish... Must learn how to pass out of double-teams... Suspect defense... Conditioning is a concern.
Attended the Marion HS in Marion, Indiana.
Played college ball at Michigan State in 2000-01.
Selected by the Portland Trail Blazers as the 19th overall pick in the 2001 NBA Draft. Played there till 2006-07.
Traded to the New York Knicks in June 2007.
Named MVP at the McDonald's All-America Game in 2000.
Named to the USA Today All-USA 1st Team in 2000.
Led Marion HS to the Class 4A boys' Indiana state title in 2000.
Played the Nike All-Star Game and the Tournament of Americas with the US Junior National Team in 2000.
Named MVP of the Rocky Mountain Revue in 2001.
Named to the Rocky Mountain Revue 1st Team in 2001 and 2002.
Voted NBA Most Improved Player in 2003-04.
